We all get frustrated with our jobs, bosses and even our fellow coworkers. Yes I know quitting our job is a serious decision that requires a lot of thought. Not everyone can just quit there job today, we sometimes need a game plan. If you are under a lot of stress at your work place and it is affecting your health, this of course is a different situation. NO job, money or status is worth your health and in this case, it may be better for you to leave your job.

Your job you are in now, are you bored. If so you can become very dissatisfied. My opinion, a job should give you growth both personally and professional. If you do not have this, this can be an ideal reason to quit your job.

Your financial situation is a big factor. Do we get paid for what we are worth? Usually the answer to that is no. Can we afford to quit and look for another opportunity, another job or your on business you always wanted. Have you ever thought of having an online business and work from home? Be your own boss, set your own hours, spend more time with love ones. Travel, financial free.

Also another factor is, is your work place safe. What are the surrounding in you work place like. Are you happy and feel safe.

Your family and even your close friends can give you advice and help you make the big decision.. They know how you feel (to a point) your behavior and your actions.

Many individual stay in the position they are in, because it is hard to change and frightening or our age.

Some Advantages with a Network Marketing Business

You are your own boss. You have flexible hours; you decide when, how much time and effort you put into your business.

Residual Income: As long as I can remember I was told that having residual income was so important. Yes I realize now that it is, having your own business there are several ways you get paid. Also. if for some reason you can not work on a consistent basis you still have the opportunity to bring in the money. You do not have to live pay check by paycheck. There are several avenues to earn the income.

Low costs: Having a network marketing business usually offers low costs for you to get started. There is no comparison to a traditional business or Franchises.

The companies you get involved with usually have a plan and marketing strategies to guide you.

Support: You are not along when it comes to building your business, if you need help advice, there is your sponsor/mentor or there will be someone else experienced to guide you.

Training: There is constant training for you from multiple resources. There are webinars, conference calls, videos, eBooks, tapes you can plug into.

Motivation and Support: Motivation is a very important factor when it comes to your business. Especially at the beginning when it can be overwhelming. The majority of the businesses have representatives to conduct seminars and meeting on a regular basis. Attending these keep you motivated and an incentive to keep going if you are having situations which may discourage you. The key is, do not give up. You go at your own pace and be yourself. Find out what you are good at and what you enjoy. Also stay focused.


This takes a lot of effort, persistence, and yes motivation. Rejections will be part of your life and you must be prepared for this. Do not take this personally.

Recruiting: This is the most feared and disliked by a majority of us who start marketing. This is new and you are not sure how to approach your prospects. Remember this is not the “old school” way. You are not required to get in touch with your friends, family or ones whom you had brief acquaintances. You can, but if you choose not to, by no means do this.

Mindset: This is where you do have to change your way of thinking, It takes time but there are many ways to help you stay on ‘track’, This is where training, tapes, books, webinars come in handy also.

Work and Persistence: You will have to learn new skills, strategies, phone, and people skills. This is one I had difficulty with. You see the computer I was terrified of and said it was my enemy. I was a complete ‘Newbie’ I have learned, take each day as it comes, everyday you have learned something new and at least one step a head. Everyone has to remember we all learn at different levels and pace. Some quicker than others. Also time may be a factor but you will find what you are better at and concentrate on what you have difficulty with.

Here are a few facts on the pros and cons of having your own business online. As you can see this may not be for everyone. If you are a self starter, willing to take on challenges and possess leadership qualities then this is for you. If you need constant guidance, motivation to get things done, dislike people and wait for things to happen, this is probably not for you. Remember this! How do you know the answer unless you give it a try?

How to Boost Employee Moral in the Work Place

It does not matter what company or business you are in the employee moral can drop drastically. Some of the moral boosters can be inexpensive and depends on how you present them.

• You must treat employees with respect even if they do not respect you. Showing your temper, cursing, and reprimanding them in an inappropriate area is not the way to go. Everyone who hears first or second hand of your behavior will lose respect for you. Also will wonder if they will be the next one to receive your temper.

• You must show an interest in your employees’ personal life. So in that way you acknowledge their hardships or understand what is happening in their life. This can be a help, because there maybe reasons an employees’ work ethics have changed. Also you are treating them as a person and give them a feeling of worth within the work place. One company I worked for my boss did this. She made us feel welcome and interested in our lives. It was a small business but she knew a little about each of us and our family. Also we knew about her life.

• Allow employees to gain ownership of their ‘jobs’ so they can be part of the decision making process. When it comes to duties, dead line and goals. Though my own experience I know this does not happen that often and it should. Usually we have little say and are told ‘what to do’, not how to do it. They don’t let us give the feed back and they should. We are the ones doing the different jobs and operations. We can not, and do not tell our boss what their job duties are.

• A pleasant work environment is so important. Make sure the area we work in, is safe. The heat and air conditioning is in working order.

• Remember to show your appreciation and say please and thank you. Sometimes I am told I say it too often.

• Establish ’employee recognition’ which allows you to let everyone know which employees received this and why. This happened to me once and personally I was surprised but happy and proud. Also it gave me an incentive to continue giving my best in the work place.

• Stand by your employees. Be there for them if you need to, depending on the circumstances. We all know the saying “customers are always right’ be there for unhappy customers, suppliers and employees. Do not take sides but take the appropriate steps.

• Must give clear direction and priorities. If these two factors are not in place, then probably things that need to be done are not done. Many individuals need direction. Not all though.

• Lay offs and cutbacks, of course can reduce employee moral. You should communicate and tell them the reasons for the situations. Clarify what steps are taken and why.

My opinion is employee moral is so important in any business. This is the key to a better work place and production. We need to feel important and we are. Every business needs employees and it does not matter how many or what position. Unfortunately this is not always the case and we continue working under poor positions.

The programs involved in the surveys have been checked out and you are guaranteed to receive money. You have that choice of working full time or part time.

You can receive instant access and be working by the following day. You have access to hundreds of companies who pay you for your opinion.

Most of the survey sites have a direct affiliate program. If you have your on blog or website you can also join the programs and have links to your site and promote them so other individuals can join. This way they can earn cash also.

When you are selecting the surveys or forms to complete you become eligible to win prizes as opposed to being paid cash. This is a precaution, because this is entirely up to you.

My opinion would be what ever you choose to do, do your homework and research it. Go with your “gut feelings” and go from there.
